Mediocre game with random math problems jammed in. Spammy.

As a game, it’s pretty innocuous and kids find it fun. But the math part isn’t well integrated into the game. Kids can avoid doing any math and get obsessed with acquiring stuff. It also aggressively urges kids to upgrade to the paid subscription version which is not cheap. It logs you out every day and requires kids to remember their username and password. Not recommended.

Making math FUN

Have a student that needs help with math? Have a student that has already mastered everything in math? No matter that level your child is at, Prodigy is the answer. Students can practice math skills of any level and have fun doing it. Lower students can practice skills that they're lacking and higher students can push their knowledge to the next level. Prodigy math is engaging and FUN!

ITS PAY TO WIN

I honestly think prodigy is pay to win i mean you use to be able to be able to evolve pets now its just all prodigy membership stuff and you have to be a member to get an epic why cant an epic just be a boss battle where if you win you get an egg or some type of epic why does everything have to be stuff for member only the creators of prodigy needs to fix their brain

Paid Memberships are a TOTAL SCAM!

Do NOT sign up for a premium subscription no matter how much your kids beg. The benefits are not that great and IT IS A TOTAL SCAM!! They will take your credit card and without warning CHARGE YOU WITHOUT ANY NOTICE. They are absolutely unyielding in their refund policy. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!!!!

Exploitative, poor security and predatory billing

My billed over $600 in 24hrs by stealing my credit card details. No security at all. No 2FA. He easily created his own parent account and racked up these costs. Apparently I need to access his "parent account" to delete his profile. What a con. PARENTS BEWARE.

Alls this app will do is provide screen time and it's an distraction from actual learning.

Horrible app to teach kids. Alls they want to do is buy and try on the clothes. If your kid doesn't have the subscription believe me they will beg for it.

I can't stand this game

My son is obsessed with this game to the point at which he won't turn it off when asked (not his strength but this game is the worst of them all). He begs the buy the premium version all the time. I can't stand that the public schools introduced this commercialized high pressure game to him. He likes the math part but I don't think he's learning that much from it. He gets totally upset when he loses it thinks he's going to lose a battle. It's the worst.

my son LOVES it

I like it if your child is asking you for the membership just take away prodigy. Plus the only pop up with the membership is when you try and do something with out a membership and when you join just deal with it like a man/woman/boy/girl. But there is ONE thing i would change MAKE IT SO PEOPLE CAN COLECT AS MANY PETS AS THEY WOULD LIKE AND MAKE IT SO PEOPLE CAN EVLOVE PETS WITHOUT A MEMBERSHIP.

Maths is fun!!!

In this day and age, children want to use technology all the time and as parents we worry that it's too much and they should stop but Progidy is a game changer because the children feel like they are playing a fully fledged game but parents and teachers know that they are learning. It's a win win!!!
